Job Summary:

The Data & Process Oversight Officer is primarily responsible for maintaining reliable data and information that supports the planning, administration, and management of the property team and management committee. This role ensures data integrity, accessibility, and provides basic insights to facilitate decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and safeguard data and information relevant to property operations.
  • Ensure that all data and information are accurate, up-to-date, and reliable.
  • Maintain readily-available data for internal teams and management committee use.
  • Provide basic interpretation and insights from collected data to support planning and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure consistent and effective data management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of data collection, organization, and reporting methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, databases, or other data management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
