Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment of a
robust enterprise data foundation
that serves as the organization's single source of truth, providing timely, accurate, and scalable data and insights across all business units. - Serve as the organization's
data owner
, ensuring data governance, accessibility, and integrity while positioning the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) as a trusted strategic business partner. - Empower business users at all levels to make
data-driven decisions
by ensuring data consistency, quality, and trustworthiness. - Identify and understand the company's short-, medium-, and long-term
data needs
, using these insights to define the role of data, the value it brings, and the operational model required to support it. - Develop and implement a
comprehensive data strategy and roadmap
, covering technology, talent, and resource capabilities needed to achieve business objectives. - Build a
future-ready data architecture
that is cloud-native, AI-driven, and based on microservices, ensuring simplicity of access, security, and scalability. - Promote a
data-driven culture
by delivering data excellence through the right people, tools, processes, and governance. - Drive the organization's
AI and Generative AI strategy
, integrating emerging technologies that enhance analytics and decision-making. - Champion
