About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Processing Associate to join our team at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and efficient data entry and processing for our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately input data from various sources into our proprietary software and database systems
  2. Carefully review and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy
  3. Assist with generating reports and analyzing data to support business decision making
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and improve efficiency
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all data-related activities
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders as needed

What we're looking for

  1. 6 months or 1 year of experience in data entry, data processing or a similar role
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to spot errors quickly
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  6. Problem-solving skills and a desire to continuously improve processes
