We're looking for a
Data Privacy Compliance Officer
who can help keep our data safe, compliant, and future-ready. You'll play a key role in ensuring alignment with the
Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173)
and the
National Privacy Commission's
requirements — supporting our Data Protection Officer in driving a culture of privacy and accountability across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with data privacy laws, NPC issuances, and internal policies.
  • Lead or support
    Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
    and maintain the
    Data Processing Inventory (DPI)
    .
  • Draft and update privacy policies, data sharing agreements, and consent templates.
  • Manage incident response and breach reporting in coordination with IT and cybersecurity teams.
  • Conduct privacy awareness sessions and develop training materials.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to the
    NPC
    on time.
  • Advise teams on privacy compliance for products, marketing, and vendor contracts.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    IT, Business, Engineering
    , or related field.
  • 3–5 years
    of experience in data privacy, compliance, or governance.
  • Familiarity with NPC filings, breach management, and privacy audits.
  • CIPP/E, CDPSE, CIPM
    , or local privacy certification preferred.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
