Lead Systems Analyst and Integration

Assigned Responsibilities
- Work with the Team Lead, relevant business stakeholders, IT system owners, business analyst and business users in
support of the operation and maintenance of CMS.
- Work with ITD Project Teams and Infrastructure/Middleware Team to discuss and implement integration requirements with
CMS.
- Participate in requirements prioritization.
- Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products
derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
- Able to provide expertise on CMS and integrating systems and be able to provide impact analysis.
- Able to decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and specified in an appropriate
level of detail suitable for use by those must base their work on the requirements.
- Able to prepare test data and test developed programs against user requirements.
- Able to write requirements specifications when requested according to standard templates, using natural language simply,
clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.
- Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Able to define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements.
- Support requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise,
comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
- Participate in the implementation of the new system/solution.
- Provide support to business users on production issues, how to and clarifications.
- Able to guide business users and service desk on issues raised in production and clearly advise users/service desk on the
functionalities available in CMS.
- Able to handle technical work such as updating PL/SQL codes or Java codes where possible.
- Able to extract report and update data as requested by business users and approved by business owners ensuring such
adhoc updates will not compromise the features of the system.

- Education Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting or related discipline
- Relevant Experience and Other Requirements:
o Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
o At least ten (10) years' experience in a senior system analyst role, two (2) of which should be working with seniorusers
o At least ten (10) years' experience in Procurement or Financial-related applications
o At least five (5) years' experience in implementing integrations between systems
o Must have extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation
o Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
o Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts
o Familiarity with different integration techniques
o Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and utilization in system development projects
o Well-developed knowledge and understanding of relevant business administration, operational policies relevant work program and concepts, procedures and practices
o Proven ability to conduct independent research by analyzing relationships among several parts of a problem or situation; breaking down a complex task into manageable parts in a systematic way, recognizing several likely
causes of events, or several consequences of actions and generally anticipate obstacles and thinks ahead about next steps
