ComClark Network & Technology Corp.' is seeking a talented Treasury Analyst for a 12 months contract role based in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial part in managing the company's financial assets and cash flow, ensuring effective liquidity and capital management. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic financial objectives of a leading technology company.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or Financial Management course.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of treasury experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Application (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Ability to convey and with good customer care communication to people inside and outside the company.
  • Team player and with initiative to the department role.

Job Description

Cash and Liquidity Management

  • Daily updating of cash balances, outstanding checks, unreleased checks and deposit in transits.
  • Initiate fund transfer process (online banking and manual forms/checks).
  • Prepare a monthly cashflow report to maintain the company liquidity level.
  • Loan management for availments and repayments.

Collections and Disbursements

  • Daily updating of bank statements to company monitoring (online statement of account and passbook)
  • Daily tagging of bank transactions (collections and disbursements) in bank statements.
  • Booking of collections to system and booking coordination of treasury disbursements and unidentified debits to Payable Department.
  • Maintain monthly collection and disbursement report for tax purposes.

Department Reporting

  • Keep and maintain records of Cash Position, Collections, Disbursements, Loans, AR Aging, Collection Efficiency and other KPIs.
  • Secure and research bank economic outlook reports for suggested decision making purposes.
  • Assist the Department Head in preparing the cashflow forecast and other financial models.

Relationship Management

  • To act as a relationship manager with the banking group (existing and potential partners).
  • To maintain good relationship with the bank and assist them for all company requests.
  • To regularly (including special) communicate with the banking partners for banking services needed by the group.
  • To regularly coordinate with other departments for queries, adhocs, requirements and other concerns.

Corporate Compliance & Admin

  • Ensure treasury policies are in effect and to continuously identify rooms for improvement.
  • Maintain records of Treasury KPIs.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
