About the role

We are seeking a talented IT Analyst to join our team at SAN MIGUEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC.'. As an IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's information technology systems and processes. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design, develop and implement IT systems and applications to support the company's operations
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the company's IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related problems
  • Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of IT systems and applications
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the utilisation of IT systems
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of new IT initiatives and projects

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Proficient in various programming languages, databases and software development tools
  • Experience in business process analysis and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and best practices
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
