SCOPE: Finishing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to on the construction site.
  • Manage and motivate project team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project team members effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Handled finishing works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php30,000.00 per month
