  • Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the management team.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, or service satisfaction.

  • Administrative and Reporting Tasks

  • Prepare daily or weekly sales reports as required.
  • Assist with inventory management and product restocking.
  • Support other sales team members and participate in sales meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
  • Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
