We Are Hiring: Project Based Safety Officer II

We are looking for a Safety Officer II to join our team at the project site. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading safety inspections, conducting toolbox meetings, and ensuring compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations and the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).

Qualifications:

DOLE-accredited Safety Officer II

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or industrial safety management

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities in Detail

1. OSH Program Management

Develop, implement, and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs and policies.

Ensure all initiatives comply with DOLE requirements and the Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards.

Promote a culture of safety through continuous awareness and training programs.

2. Site Inspections & Compliance

Conduct routine inspections of work areas, equipment, and processes to identify hazards and unsafe practices.

Ensure strict compliance with OSH and environmental regulations at all times.

Provide immediate recommendations and corrective actions for identified non-conformities.

3. Risk Assessment & Prevention

Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential workplace hazards.

Recommend and implement preventive and control measures to minimize risks.

Monitor effectiveness of safety protocols and update them as needed to adapt to site conditions.
