We're looking for a Part-Time Personality Development Trainer who can help our team build the confidence and communication skills needed to engage effectively with stakeholders and offshore clients.


Role Overview

The Part-Time Personality Development Trainer will design and conduct learning sessions that enhance our employees' interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. The goal is to equip our team members with the confidence and professionalism to represent SwissPineTech effectively in client interactions and cross-cultural settings.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver interactive training sessions focused on personality development, client communication, and professional confidence.
  • Develop and adapt training materials to suit startup professionals dealing with offshore clients.
  • Conduct workshops and simulations on stakeholder communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and personalized support to employees.
  • Collaborate with internal managers to identify specific training needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience as a soft skills / communication / personality development trainer, ideally in a corporate or IT/startup setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners in both online and in-person settings.
  • Understanding of cross-cultural communication and offshore stakeholder dynamics is a plus.
  • Available for part-time, scheduled sessions.
