  • Certified by a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA, IFA, REPS)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience

  • In-depth understanding of exercise physiology and biomechanics

  • Familiarity with various weightlifting techniques and programming

  • Certification is EMS is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and educate clients

  • Experience with group training and classes

  • A genuine passion for health and fitness with a desire to help clients reach

their goals

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other fitness professionals and contribute to

a positive team environment

  • Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on fitness trends and techniques
