Are you passionate about teaching? At Bhanzu, we're on a mission to eliminate math fear and help young learners build lifelong confidence. As a Math Trainer, you'll conduct high-impact, engaging classes that bring math concepts to life for students across UKG to Grade 8. No more boring textbooks or daunting formulas

What You'll Do
  • Make math fun by delivering engaging, interactive & intuitive math classes online
  • Use real world examples, stories and activities to simplify abstract concepts
  • Adapt your approach based on student needs and cultural context
  • Track student progress and communicate effectively with parents
  • Engage with learners from UK, USA & Canada
  • Stay aligned with Bhanzu's training and pedagogy
What You Need
  • Strong command of school-level mathematics (UKG–Grade 8)
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related STEM field
  • Excellent English communication with a neutral/clear accent
  • Prior teaching experience preferred (online or offline)
  • A quiet teaching space, good laptop, webcam, mic, and stable internet connection
  • A reliable power backup solution (inverter/UPS) to ensure uninterrupted classes
Time Commitment & Slot (Philippine Standard Time)
  • Minimum 3 hours a day for 6 days a week
  • 4:30 PST to 9:30 PST (Any 3 to 5 hours)

Note: Final slot allocation will be based on your availability and performance during the selection rounds.

Compensation
  • Per-session pay structure + performance-based monthly bonuses
  • Philippines Pesos per session (Session duration: 55 minutes)
