About the Role

The
Sales
Trainer will design and deliver engaging training modules that equip our sales agents to excel at selling the clients telephone solution. You'll aid with onboarding new hires, provide ongoing skill development, and ensure the team is confident in both product knowledge and sales process. The role is part trainer and part call quality analyst. You'll review and score calls, detailing notes that will assist with sales development and program compliance. This mid-level role is suited for experienced trainers and call quality gurus who bring energy, creativity, and sales expertise onsite at our office on a night shift schedule aligned with US hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver new hire onboarding and ongoing training programs focused on UCaaS sales.
  • Develop engaging content such as presentations, playbooks, role-play exercises, and video modules.
  • Partner with Pioneer Team Lead to coach agents on sales skills including prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing.Ensure product knowledge is up-to-date; partner with Product Marketing to update training materials.
  • Assess training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback, refining programs as needed.
  • Facilitate training sessions in-person and virtually with strong presence and interactivity.
  • Maintain training documentation, certification paths, and enablement resources.
  • Monitor, score, and calibrate with the client on call monitoring feedback.
  • Assist with optimizing call quality feedback forms based on current trends and performance opportunities.
  • Provide insights into customer feedback and market trends to support ongoing business development.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or L&D with a focus on technology sales including call quality scoring and management.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training content.
  • Strong understanding of UCaaS, SaaS, or telecom sales cycles.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences virtually and in person.
  • Ability to analyze call quality data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to dive into deals when needed.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite during US hours (night shift, PH time).

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or L&D with a focus on technology sales including call quality scoring and management.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training content.
  • Strong understanding of UCaaS, SaaS, or telecom sales cycles.
