
Human Resources Manager

Overview:
The HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that support operational efficiency, talent management, and employee engagement within a shared services environment. This position will require a mix of high-level strategy and day-to-day operational leadership to manage HR processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and retention.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development and build a strong company culture across all shared services teams.
- Lead the change management process during organizational transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company goals.
Talent Management
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent for shared services roles.
- Design and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place for current and future needs.
- Drive leadership development programs, succession planning, and employee career growth initiatives.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee relations issues.
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and resolving workplace challenges.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive compensation structures that attract and retain talent while main taining budget controls.
- Advise on benefits offerings, including healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Monitor and improve HR processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure HR compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
- Manage HR data and reporting systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for business analysis and decision-making.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead employee engagement initiatives that align with company values and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and execute programs aimed at increasing employee satisfaction and retention.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all levels of the organization.
Training & Development
- Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs designed to develop skills, lead ership capabilities, and operational efficiency within the shared services function.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within shared services or multi-functional HR environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a restaurant set-up
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.
Willing to work at Greenfield Tower Mayflower St., cor. William St., Greenfield District, Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
