The External Affair Admin Staff - Reliever is responsible for assisting the office in managing and plotting external affairs activities and events' schedules such as marketing, communications, outreach and government relations.
- Keep and regularly update Sales and LGU Status.
- Assist in planning and managing schedules of meetings and events and preparation of materials needed.
- Regularly coordinates with the team, other departments and obtain the organization's goals and objectives.
- Perform admin and clerical duties and responsibilities to deliver the job properly.
