General Job Description:

Responsible for marketing and promoting the assigned agri loan product/s, engaging with potential and existing clients through calls, and driving sales. Agri Tele-Marketing Specialist shall ensure productive execution of marketing strategies to qualify prospects, convert leads to response and release, and achieve the target number of loan releases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospect clients to market the assigned loan product/s;

  2. Endorse and qualify leads based on set eligibility criteria;

  3. Verify and update client information;

  4. Ensure that leads are converted into target no. of releases;

  5. Maintain accurate and updated records of client information and monitoring systems;

  6. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct follow-ups through effective communication and relationship-building; and

  7. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Skills:

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

l Notable ability to persuade and influence potential clients to consider and avail the assigned product;

l Commitment to providing excellent customer service, building positive relationships, and resolve issues effectively; and

l Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Experience

With experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
