What is your mission?

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead strategies that increase website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic. You will execute on-page and off-page optimization, perform keyword research and audits, and collaborate across teams to implement data-driven SEO solutions. You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings
  • Conduct keyword research and content optimization to align with target audiences and search intent
  • Perform technical and on-page SEO audits to resolve performance issues and enhance crawlability
  • Optimize metadata, headings, content structure, and internal linking
  • Manage off-page SEO — link-building, outreach, and reputation management
  • Track and analyze SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Bright Local, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Generate SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Stay up to date on algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house marketing role
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge — site audits, crawl diagnostics, and schema implementation
  • Proven experience using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Search Console
  • Deep understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to interpret data and convert insights into strategy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing and development teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying optimization opportunities
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of SEO and digital marketing trends
