We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager (Building/Facilities) to take charge of the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall management of our condominium. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building facilities operate efficiently, residents' needs are met promptly, and the property is maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to managing both personnel and property systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of the condominium, including common areas, amenities, and building systems.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor teams, including security, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative staff.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Coordinate repairs, improvements, and service contracts with external vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards, and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, including utility consumption, supplies, and maintenance costs.
  • Address resident concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high resident satisfaction.
  • Prepare operational reports, assessments, and recommendations for property management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost savings, and service enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to improve building operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in condominium, building, or facilities management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents, staff, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and safety regulations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
