Provalue Property Management Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with leadership capabilities to guide our finance team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Title: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives and growth plans.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and targets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions and compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and financing arrangements to support operational needs.
  • Conduct financial analysis for business initiatives, investments, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounting team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Identify financial risks and implement controls to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for operational and strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA license is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software; experience with property management systems is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
