We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for financial decisions and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
