The Documentation Assistant supports project, operations, and compliance activities by creating, organizing, and maintaining accurate records and documents. The role ensures proper version control, formatting, and accessibility of documentation needed for projects, audits, and daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents such as reports, SOPs, manuals, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval.
- Assist in version control and document tracking to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with project teams and departments to collect and update required documentation.
- Support compliance requirements by preparing audit-ready documentation.
- Monitor deadlines for documentation submissions and updates.
- Assist with meeting notes, minutes, and distribution of project documents.
- Provide administrative support related to documentation tasks.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Management, IT, or related field.
- Experience in documentation management or administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or other productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or documentation processes is an advantage.
