The Healthcare Recruiter role provides support in sourcing and recruitment of relievers, event Nurses, or any short-term related manpower needs for RelianceUnited's subsidiary Clinics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing & recruitment for reliever and event manpower needs of RelianceUnited's subsidiary Clinics.
  • Conducts initial interview and endorse the candidate to internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Workforce team for Roosted Account creation and plotting, as well as for Reliever Timekeeping.
  • Coordinate with Payroll for any concerns regarding reliever payout.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data encoding in tracker/s.

Background and Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with background in Human Resource Management.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the related field.
  • Must be willing to work on site (Williams Center Building, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City).
  • Must be flexible with work schedule - willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
