Healthcare Recruiter

Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, home health medical billers, coders, etc.) for US-based healthcare facilities.
Conduct initial screening and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements and licensing standards.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and provide timely updates on recruitment pipelines.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve monthly hiring targets.
Provide excellent candidate experience and follow through from sourcing to onboarding.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment is required.
Experience using recruitment tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job boards (e.g., CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work night shift or US time zones.
Goal-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills. What We Offer:
