Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for voice (customer service, technical support, sales), non-voice (chat, email, back-office), and data entry positions.
  • Manage and execute mass hiring campaigns, including job fairs, bulk screening events, and online sourcing drives.
  • Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, partnerships, and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, assessments (including typing and accuracy tests for data entry), and candidate endorsement.
  • Collaborate with operations, training, and workforce teams to accurately forecast and fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of candidate pipelines, progress reports, and hiring dashboards.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Keep abreast of recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive hiring strategies, especially for data-focused roles.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in high-volume hiring, particularly for voice, non-voice, and data entry roles (BPO or shared services preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills using online platforms, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of recruitment assessments related to data accuracy, typing skills, language proficiency.
  • Familiarity with local labor regulations and BPO industry standards.
