About the Role

We are looking for a driven
Talent Acquisition Associate
with proven experience in both
volume hiring
and
corporate recruitment
within the BPO sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet the company's growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for
    volume hiring (agents/associates)
    and
    corporate roles
    .
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
  • Ensure timely pipeline management to meet hiring targets and SLAs.
  • Build and maintain a candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business requirements.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications

  • At least
    1.5 years of recruitment experience
    in the BPO industry
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and job portals.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
