Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Operations Director

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to onboarding successful hires. The role ensures the organization attracts and hires top talent aligned with company values, culture, and operational needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also partners with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements and continuously improves recruitment strategies to support business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
  • Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms, including online job portals, social media, and internal referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing.
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference checks when applicable.
  • Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and provide regular updates to management.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends, talent acquisition tools, and recruitment best practices.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Support other HR functions as needed, such as onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement programs.
  • Perform other related tasks that may arise from time to time as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
