Source, screen, and hire top talent for various roles

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Promote the company's employer brand through recruitment activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field

Minimum of 1 year related experience

With solid background in Recruitment /Talent Acquisition (preferably volume hiring)

Knowledgeable in database management & Excel

BPO/Outsourcing experience is an advantage

Must be willing to render OT when needed

Must be residing in Makati or nearby areas
