Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Quezon City. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and placing successful hires. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to define qualifications, manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
  • Experience in Interviewing and Hiring processes
  • Employer Branding expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
