This role combines JLL's global best practices with local market expertise to ensure optimal facility performance and exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & OperationsSupport day-to-day facilities management operations for assigned client propertiesAssist in maintaining JLL's service excellence standards and SLA complianceCoordinate with clients on facility requirements, work requests, and project updatesSupport property management activities including tenant relations and lease complianceParticipate in client meetings and property walkthroughs as requiredVendor & Contract ManagementCoordinate with local Filipino contractors and service providersAssist in managing cleaning, security, landscaping, and maintenance vendorsSupport contract negotiations with understanding of local labor laws and regulationsMonitor vendor performance against JLL standards and client expectationsHelp manage relationships with building owners and property developersTechnical & Maintenance SupportOversee building systems maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators)Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairsSupport energy management initiatives and sustainability programsAssist with compliance to Philippine building codes and safety regulationsManage work order processing through JLL's global CAFM platformsHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standardsSupport fire safety, earthquake preparedness, and emergency response proceduresCoordinate with Bureau of Fire Protection and local government unitsMaintain compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirementsSupport environmental compliance and Green Building initiativesTechnology & ReportingUtilize JLL's global technology platforms (JLL Technologies solutions)Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for clientsSupport implementation of smart building technologies and IoT solutionsAssist with space utilization studies and workplace analyticsMaintain accurate facility data in JLL's systemsRequired QualificationsEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture, or Business AdministrationPRC license preferred for engineering graduatesProfessional certifications (IFMA, JLL internal certifications) advantageousBOSH certification or willingness to obtainExperience2-4 years experience in facilities management, property management, or building operationsExperience with BPO, commercial office, or mixed-use developments preferredPrevious exposure to multinational companies or global service providersUnderstanding of Philippine construction and building management practicesTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceExperience with CAFM software (preferably JLL systems)Basic understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systemsKnowledge of Philippine building codes and regulationsFamiliarity with sustainability and Green Building conceptsLanguage & CommunicationFluent in English (written and verbal) -
