Job Description:
- Responsible for the management of services and process that support the core operation of an organization.
- Ensure that an organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees, functional amenities for tenant's enjoyment and efficient building equipment and facilities. Focused on using best operational practices to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
Qualifications:
- Must be Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- With at least seven (7) years' work experience in the installation, operation, maintenance & repair of electromechanical system & equipment facilities
- With extensive experience in organizing & supervising a large number of operation staff to run a building facility
