JLL Philippines is seeking a Technical Facilities Coordinator to be the trusted right hand of our Facilities Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for engineers, to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide Onsite Support: Be the go-to person for all facilities-related activities, ensuring best practices are implemented and maintained through routine site inspections.
  • Oversee Technical Operations: Support the Facilities Manager in planning and implementing maintenance work schedules to minimize breakdowns and supervising repair work by in-house teams and contractors.
  • Manage Access & Security: Be the main point of contact for access badge and ID system requests, monitoring and responding quickly to all inquiries via Corrigo and email, while ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Handle Admin & Technical Tasks: Provide essential administrative support including front desk duties, vendor management, basic housekeeping, appointment coordination, and technical assistance.
  • Drive Improvement & Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within facilities operations.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction: Work closely with clients and suppliers to address facility inquiries and requirements, playing a part in vendor procurement and service acquisition.
  • Champion Safety & Risk Management: Uphold workplace safety procedures, implement risk management programs, and assist with disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Meet Performance Targets: Consistently achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
What You'll Need:
  • Passion for Service: A strong desire to provide excellent support and a client-centric approach.
  • Relevant Experience (or eager to learn): Prior work or internship experience in Facilities Hard Services, Operations and Maintenance of Critical Facilities Equipment (HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical), People and Vendor Management, or Facilities Project Management is a plus.
  • Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with local health and safety protocols and their implementation in a workplace environment.
  • Key Qualities: Flexibility, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
