We're hiring a Customer Service & eCommerce Admin on behalf of one of our Australian clients in the fashion industry. This role is perfect for someone organised, customer-focused, and passionate about supporting a growing online brand.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with day-to-day eCommerce operations. From handling customer inquiries to managing orders and admin tasks, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer support via email and chat
  • Process and manage orders accurately using eCommerce platforms (Shopify or similar)
  • Assist with product uploads, stock updates, and order tracking
  • Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team for order dispatch and follow-ups
  • Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Support the wider team with general admin, data entry, and coordination tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative support (eCommerce preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and spreadsheets
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to multitask
  • Interest in fashion, retail, or online brands is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Shopify, Cin7, or Xero
  • Previous work experience with Australian or eCommerce businesses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 per month
