Job Summary:

The Admin Officer for R&D Director provides high-level administrative and operational support to the R&D Director and the R&D team. This role ensures efficient office operations, manages communications, coordinates projects, and handles confidential documents. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced research environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the R&D Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and internal discussions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables.
  • Support the R&D team by tracking project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Maintain records of research activities, reports, and compliance documents.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and regulatory submissions.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners involved in R&D projects.
  • Assist in managing R&D budget, expense tracking, and financial reports.
  • Handle procurement requests for research materials, lab equipment, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to process payments and reimbursements.
  • Ensure all research documents, contracts, and approvals are properly filed and accessible.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient R&D office environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the R&D Director.
  • Address administrative concerns and support staff with HR and IT-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 1-3years of experience in administrative support, preferably in R&D, pharmaceutical, animal healthcare, or biotech industries.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and research documentation.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive research and corporate information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php22,500.00 per month
