About the role

This role primarily focuses on customer support, including responding to inquiries via email, chat, and social media, and ensuring a positive customer experience. It also involves monitoring platforms for compliance with community guidelines, creating original video and image content, maintaining accurate records, escalating issues to relevant teams, and collaborating with marketing and support departments.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or social media moderation (BPO or related field is a plus)
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive content with discretion
  4. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Discord, etc.)
  5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Flexible and willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if needed
  7. College graduate in any field
  8. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
  9. Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
