Alldigitech Manila is seeking motivated and passionate HR Recruitment Interns who are eager to gain real-world experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to the hiring process and HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We are looking for 4 student interns to join our team for this cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
  • Help in creating and posting job ads across different channels
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and assessments
  • Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers
  • Act as a test administrator during candidate assessments and examinations
  • Support the HR team in various recruitment-related initiatives and events

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Willing to report onsite at McKinley, Taguig
