DJI Philippines is urgently looking for a 
Recruitment Assistant
 to support the HR team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment documents, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates and screen resumes.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings and recruitment trackers.
  • Handle candidate communication and assist with pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment files and generate basic reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment is an advantage; fresh graduates welcome.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be okay with short-term agreement only.

Work Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9AM-6:30PM

Job Type: Fixed term/Project Based
