What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate training schedules, venues and participant attendance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training activities, attendance records, and feedback.
  • Provide on-site support to trainers and facilitators, including managing materials, equipment, and session logistics.
  • Communicate training updates and relevant information to employees and departments.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback forms, and reports.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in tracking probationary, Annual and mid-year self-evaluation submissions.
  • Support the preparation and processing of training bond contracts.
  • Develop and/or assist accuracy of identified training need vs. actual performance gaps
  • Develop and/or assist effective training programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Use engaging methods and incorporate interactive activities.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, any course
  • Experience in training and/or Organizational Development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be adept with MS Office and other common platforms.
  • A strong innate personality, results-driven, and displays a high level of professionalism and integrity
