JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for all computer network planning, administration and operation activities.
  • Performs a variety to complex professional and technical duties related to the installation and maintenance of the network and communication hardware and software system including network and application server, routers, firewall, LAN, Email, and PC workstations.
  • Responsible for the configuration and installation of network and internet security and software packages.
  • Responsible for the IT disaster backup and recovery systems.
  • Supervises the work of the System Support Staff (I & II).
  • Ensure application security policies are carried properly.
  • Ensure the system is being used by all concerned departments.
  • Monitor activities of System Support or Data Support personnel.
  • Setting user security, applications and program access.
  • Monitoring system problems encountered and problem resolution.
  • To be informed and recommend the latest solutions that may help improve the company operations and lessen administrative and operating expenses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate (preferably BS Computer Science, MIS, IT, Computer Engineering, ECE or any computer-related course).
  • With at least 2 years work experience
  • Knowledge in Windows 2003 Server and above / Win 7 and above.
  • Knowledge in Active Directory, TCP/IP networking including routing, switching, and Wide Area Network (WAN)
  • Must have experience in Windows Operating System installation and configuration and LAN installation and support.
  • Knowledge in dealer operation would be advantage.
  • Background in accounting & basic internal controls.
  • Preferably with people training skills
