The Finance Supervisor will lead the finance and accounting team in managing daily financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy in reporting, and supporting the company's financial health. This position is vital in enabling informed decision-making as Mama Lou's continues to grow its presence in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations (AP, AR, GL)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
  • Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
  • Review and ensure timely filing of BIR returns (VAT, EWT, Income Tax, etc.)
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow tracking
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and process improvements
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits
  • Lead, train, and mentor junior accounting staff
  • Work closely with operations and management to support financial decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and financial reporting standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • CPA is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in F&B or retail industry is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
