Job Overview:
- We are a fast-growing company specializing in mobile phone accessories and e-commerce retail, operating across both online and offline channels, with a team of over 100 employees. To further strengthen our organizational structure, promote standardization, and enhance our anti-fraud and loss-prevention systems, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and professionalize our human resources function.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR systems and policies, covering areas such as recruitment and training, performance management, employee relations, contract and documentation management, compliance oversight, and anti-fraud mechanisms. You will play a key role in driving a culture of accountability, efficiency, and integrity across the organization.
Main Duties:
Human Resources Strategy:
- Develop and implement the company's overall HR strategy, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, separation, and succession planning.
Policy and System Development:
- Establish or optimize HR policies, including employee handbooks, disciplinary and rewards systems, localized employment contract templates, and employee record management systems.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process—define job requirements, prepare job descriptions, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and conduct background checks to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
Training and Development:
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs, including pre-employment orientation, new supervisor development, and team management training to strengthen organizational capability.
Performance and Compensation Management:
- Implement performance management systems (KRA/OKR-based), conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance departments to establish anti-fraud and loss-prevention mechanisms, including process monitoring, authority classification, and irregularity reporting protocols.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations initiatives such as satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, and employee engagement and welfare programs to foster a positive work environment.
Compliance:
- Ensure all HR practices and personnel activities adhere to applicable Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Requirements for Appointment:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in manufacturing, construction, e-commerce, retail, or warehousing industries preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, attendance management, leave entitlements, and 13th-month pay.
Skills: Proficient in HR process design, training program development, and HR data analysis and reporting.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (have a Chinese background and the company may have Chinese employees).

Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary range: ₱60,000–₱75,000, negotiable based on experience.
