The National Teachers College is looking for a passionate and proactive HR Associate - Recruitment and Employee Engagements who will help drive our mission of nurturing people and building a culture of growth, learning, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of Recruitment and Employee Engagement programs and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, institutional, and team-building events.
- Maintain records and reports related to recruitment and engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of HR programs.
- Contribute creative ideas for enhancing employee experience and organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience (Recruitment and engagement preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Creative, people-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Self-starter and has the initiative to converse with people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva or Google Workspace tools.
