Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviews, and job offers.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Manage employee hire and record for both Local & Expatriate.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and inquiries.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage statutory contributions and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR compliance).
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in addressing performance-related concerns.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
  • Draft and update HR policies, contracts, and handbook in line with DOLE requirements.

Compliance & Labor Relations

  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.

Assist in handling disciplinary actions in accordance with due process.

Operational

  • Ensure company legal document up to date.
  • Have proper record for company inventory.
  • Manage Expatriate employee documents and visa update.

Skills & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or Psychology
  • With atleast 1 year of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with job portals (Jobstreet,Indeed,Linked and Shortlyst)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and engagement skills.
