The position is primarily responsible in handling all stages of litigated loan related cases assigned to him/her. Assists the business unit in assessing the legal impact and formulating solutions to issues which may arise in the handling of the accounts. 

The Responsibilities we will trust you with: 

  • Attend hearings in court, tribunals, Quasi-judicial agencies and other offices. 

  • Preparation of legal opinions, pleadings and other documents. 

  • Periodically reviewing and monitoring the progress of legal cases assigned to him/her. 

  • Handle pre-litigation accounts prior to actual legal action.  

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be: 

  • Completed Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor and admission to the Philippine Bar 

  • At least five years of litigation experience in a law firm or banking institution

  • Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas.
