We are looking for a Legal Officer who will be the backbone of our legal operations — from crafting airtight contracts to representing the bank in critical cases, your expertise will safeguard and drive our success.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide sound legal opinions and conduct thorough document reviews.
  • Draft contracts, agreements, deeds, and other binding documents.
  • Represent the bank in hearings, meetings, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and file petitions, motions, pleadings, and foreclosure documents.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and oversee case progress.
  • Maintain confidential records with the utmost integrity.
  • Step in as Officer-in-Charge when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Law from a reputable school/university.
  • IBP member in good standing.
  • Fresh bar passers are welcome to apply – gain valuable experience and mentorship here
  • Up to 2 years of legal experience (litigation, documentation, review,) is a plus.
  • Exceptional legal writing & research skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Risk-oriented, detail-focused, and highly organized.
