Talent Acquisition

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, job description creation, requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and respectful interactions.
  • Build and nurture a diverse candidate pipeline through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, campus events, employee referrals, and talent communities.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, meeting setups, and interviewer preparation; collect and summarize feedback to support hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data, status updates, and recruitment documentation.
  • Prepare offer letters, assist with pre-employment checks, and support contract administration in collaboration with HR operations.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, yield, and cost per hire; suggest improvements to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on market trends, compensation bands, and interview best practices.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment status and progress to management and clients.
  • Stay updated on Philippine labor laws, recruitment best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, yield, cost per hire) and suggest improvement actions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and advise on market conditions, compensation bands, and interview processes.

Compliance and administration

  • Ensure processes comply with local labor laws, company policies, and data privacy requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation; produce routine HR reports for leadership.

Stakeholder collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, employees, and external partners (agencies, universities) to align on talent needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on best practices in recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
