We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Talent Gateway.

We're a Sydney-based outsourcing business helping Australian clients build offshore teams across roles like administration, marketing, construction, bookkeeping, and customer service. We pride ourselves on finding reliable, talented professionals who fit seamlessly into our clients' businesses.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to shortlisting and coordinating client interviews. This is a hands-on role that suits someone confident working autonomously, managing multiple roles at once, and delivering great candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability
  • Prepare and present shortlisted profiles to clients
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and client feedback
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines
  • Support with onboarding coordination and documentation as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
