Talent Source is looking for a skilled Paid Ads Specialist who can plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across major digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making to deliver strong and consistent results.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Create ad strategies based on target audience, goals, and budget
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust for better results
  • Write simple, clear ad copy and coordinate with creatives for visuals
  • Run A/B tests to find winning ads and improve conversion rates
  • Track key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
  • Prepare reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices
  • Work with internal teams to support marketing goals and lead generation efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing paid ads across major platforms
  • Strong understanding of media buying, pixel tracking, and analytics
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar tools
  • Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Basic copywriting and creative direction skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results on time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
