The Role

We're hiring a Recruitment Lead to take ownership of our global hiring pipeline. You'll run 90% of the process — sourcing, vetting, test tasks, scheduling, and shortlisting — while the CEO makes final client selections.

Responsibilities

  • Run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, vetting, test tasks, scheduling, references, and offers.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong talent pools in LATAM and the Philippines.
  • Keep reports and updates consistent, timely, and accurate.
  • Maintain and refine our vetting system to ensure only top-tier candidates progress.
  • Provide weekly pipeline reports to leadership on status, quality, and risks.
  • Partner with leadership on process improvements and scaling initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (remote/global preferred).
  • Proven ability to source for Admin, EA, or Operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of LATAM and/or Philippines recruitment markets.
  • Proactive, confident, and comfortable working independently.
  • Passionate about contributing to a supportive, community-driven culture.
  • Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, and applicant tracking systems.
