What you'll be doing

  • Safely transporting and delivering telecommunications equipment and supplies to various sites
  • Performing on-site technical maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of our network infrastructure
  • Collaborating with the wider technical team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Maintaining detailed records of all activities and equipment serviced
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to protect yourself and our assets
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients when on-site

What we're looking for

  • At least have experience in basic wirings and can drive 4 wheels (Manual trans)
  • Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Willing to start ASAP.
